Who these terms cover

They cover the main BodyAligner website and every campaign page we publish for gym members, athletes, expecting and new mothers, and people recovering after surgery. They also cover online booking, sign-in, and messages you start through our phone or WhatsApp links.

Our services

BodyAligner is a physiotherapy and chiropractic clinic in Tathawade, Pune, led by Dr. Kunal Mahalle. Pages describe care such as spinal alignment, pain relief, sports rehab, prenatal and postnatal support, and post-surgery recovery. Website copy is general information. It is not an emergency service, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for an in-person assessment.

Landing pages

• Gym: content is for people dealing with training pain, tightness, or stalled lifts. It does not replace gym coaching or emergency care after a serious injury.
• Sports: return-to-play timelines are illustrative. Clearance for competition is a clinical decision after assessment.
• Pregnancy: prenatal and postnatal programmes are tailored in clinic. Tell us your trimester, delivery details, and any obstetric advice before treatment.
• Post-surgery: rehab starts only when it is appropriate for your procedure and surgeon’s guidance. Bring reports if you have them.

Bookings

• An online booking is a request. We confirm the slot by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Please arrive on time. To change or cancel, call +91 72188 18815 (Tathawade) or +91 84597 54634 (Balewadi) with as much notice as you can.
• Repeated no-shows may mean we ask you to rebook before holding a new slot.
• Offers shown on landing pages are subject to clinical suitability after assessment.

Clinical care

Treatment is provided after assessment. Results vary by condition, history, and how you follow advice. We do not guarantee a specific outcome. Tell the practitioner about pregnancy, recent surgery, implants, dizziness, medications, or other medical issues before treatment. If you have chest pain, sudden weakness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or another emergency, call local emergency services — do not wait for a clinic appointment.

Accounts and website use

If you sign in with email or phone, keep verification codes private. Do not misuse the site, disrupt bookings, or submit false details. We may refuse or cancel a booking that appears unsafe or incomplete. You may not copy clinic photos, videos, or page design for commercial use without permission.

Fees and payments

Session fees are confirmed at the clinic or when we contact you. Published prices, if shown, can change. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due as advised by the clinic team.

Liability

The website is a convenient way to learn about the clinic and request care. To the extent allowed by Indian law, BodyAligner is not liable for delays, technical issues with booking or sign-in, or decisions you make based only on website copy. Clinical claims, if any, are handled under applicable professional and legal rules, not these website terms alone.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you have as a patient under healthcare regulations.
